Privacy Policy

This policy explains what No Regret Registry collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little: only what’s needed to run the planner and to know whether our ads work.

What we collect

• Purchase details from Hotmart, our payment partner: your name, email, phone (if provided), the product and the amount. We never see your card number.
• What you enter in the planner: your answers (such as due date, home type and budget), checklist progress, hospital bag progress and, if you use the Baby Shower Kit, event details and guest names you add.
• Guests on a shower sign-up page enter only a first name and the diapers they plan to bring.
• Website usage on our public pages: a random visitor ID, the ad or link you came from, device type, IP address and browser information.

How we use it

• To give you access, send your login links and provide support.
• To build your personalized checklist. Your planner answers are used only for that.
• To measure whether our ads lead to purchases.

Advertising and cookies

Our public pages (not the planner itself) use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API. When you visit or buy, Meta may receive your visit, a purchase event with the amount, and a hashed (scrambled) version of your email to match it to an ad. We send a neutral product name and never send your planner answers, due date or anything you enter inside the planner. Under some state laws this may count as “sharing” for advertising — you can opt out by emailing us, and you can also block these cookies in your browser.

Who we share with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service: Hotmart (payments), Resend (email delivery), our hosting provider, and Meta (ad measurement, as described above).

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and refund purposes. Login links are stored only in scrambled form, and access is protected by signed, secure cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to opt out of ad measurement, by emailing hello@noregretregistry.com. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California, Washington and others) have these rights under those laws, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.

Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
