Terms of Service

These terms apply to No Regret Registry (“we”, “us”) and to the planner, its add-ons (the Delivery Day Pack and the Baby Shower Kit) and this website (together, the “Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to them.

What you get

A one-time purchase gives you personal access to the web-based planner, and to any add-on you purchased. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. We may improve or update features over time.

Payments and refunds

Checkout and payment are processed by Hotmart, our payment partner. If the Service isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase through Hotmart or by emailing hello@noregretregistry.com. Access ends when a refund is issued.

Not medical advice

The Service is a shopping and planning tool. It does not provide medical, health or safety advice and is not a substitute for guidance from your doctor, midwife or pediatrician. Safety notes summarize public guidance from organizations such as the American Academy of Pediatrics, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and the CDC, which may change. Always follow product instructions, recalls and your healthcare provider’s advice.

Prices and products

Prices shown are typical U.S. ranges for general planning and vary by brand, store and date. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, any retailer, brand or registry service, and we don’t earn commissions on the items listed.

Your account and content

• Keep your login links and order code private. Access is for you and your household.
• You’re responsible for the information you enter, including names you add to shower tools.
• Public links you create (your “still needed” list or shower sign-up page) can be seen by anyone who has the link. You can turn sharing off at any time.

License

The planner content, printables and designs are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print materials for your own event. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
